User Agreement

The Service is provided by MUDr. Ľubomír Polaščín - Nephroctor (IČO 57 646 856, the “service entity”), established in the Slovak Republic (EU). For users in the United Kingdom, your service entity for AlphaGrab is MUDr. Ľubomír Polaščín - Nephroctor. If our providing entity changes, we will update this section and notify you.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

AlphaGrab tracks and compares publicly available ticket prices for events and sends alerts when prices change. We are not a ticket seller and are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, SeatGeek or any venue. Price and event data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate; we do not guarantee any price, availability, or that you will be able to purchase a ticket.

Keep your credentials confidential and your details accurate; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at alphagrab@nephroctor.com of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.

The Service offers a free plan and paid “Pro” and “Agent” plans. Agent includes Pro features plus Agent-only intelligence tools. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.

EEA/UK consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for the paid plan. By starting a paid subscription you may ask us to begin immediately; if you withdraw after use has begun, you may owe a proportionate amount for the period used. We may change prices or plan features with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

You agree not to:

• scrape, overload, probe or disrupt the Service or its APIs;
• resell or redistribute our data without permission;
• circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls, or use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
• misrepresent your identity or send spam through our alerts.

The Service, including its software, design and AlphaGrab branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Event and price data belong to their respective sources.

The Service relies on and links to third parties (e.g. Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Stripe). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them; we are not responsible for third-party content or services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose, including regarding prices, alerts and forecasts. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, AlphaGrab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or for any inability to buy a ticket or for price changes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €50. This does not limit your mandatory statutory consumer rights or liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify AlphaGrab against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law (this does not apply to consumers acting outside a business).

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service, giving notice where required. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic (EU), without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EEA/UK consumers may also use the relevant online dispute resolution mechanisms and bring claims in their local courts.

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
